Rental periods

Rental periods run from 15h to last morning at 10h am.

Minimum stay – 5 days. Any other arrangements subject to availability. Kindly contact us at any time for inquiries and bookings. Long term rentals possible – special rates available for winter period.

 

To book

To secure a booking you would send a 30% deposit with the balance payable up to 4 weeks before your stay or paid by cash upon arrival.

 

Security deposit

The security deposit against breakage or damage is 300 €, payable upon your arrival and returned on departure.

 

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel, we will return deposit money (minus bank charges) provided if we find another booking for your dates and if cancellation is 30 days before booking date. If there is no other booking for your period 30% deposit will not be return and other 70% if you pay in advance will be transfer back. If you cancel 14 days or less to your booking date NO 30% deposit or 70% remain will be returned.

 

Conditions

 

The house is children, pets, LGBT, bikers friendly, is suitable for people with limited mobility to. No firearms and weapons are allowed. Detailed terms and conditions on arrival. Owner live in house and we are here to help and guide you trough your stay.
